Job summary

Hanover County Community Services Board (HCCSB) seeks a Program Coordinator for Adult Outpatient Services to oversee Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health, and Housing Services. The role includes expanding Peer Services and MAT programs for individuals re-entering the community from incarceration, while supervising clinical staff across multiple sites.

The incumbent will manage clinical supervisors, plan and evaluate services, and interact with community partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in a related field with four years in mental health or substance use services.
• Professional license (LCSW or LPC) issued by Virginia; prevention credential if applicable.
• Ability to supervise clinicians and manage multiple staff across sites.

Responsibilities
