Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader focused on Behavioral Health in the Los Angeles area. The role partners with Health practice leaders to position the firm for new business opportunities and to grow the top line through client engagement and strategic pursuit.

Responsibilities include leading regional BD activities, coordinating with national leaders, and traveling to CannonDesign offices to advance market strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing/business development roles in a related field.
• Proven ability to develop significant relationships increasing opportunity pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development with Market Leaders and BMBD Team to identify new opportunities.
• Develop strategies and action plans for regional growth and convergence hubs.
• Support pursuit of clients and opportunities identified by firm leaders; travel to CannonDesign offices.
• Drive top line growth with targets including minimum yearly net fee opportunities and NSF/Year.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and service line leaders to advance markets and practices.
• Develop best practices for client pursuit and retention; champion omnichannel strategies.
