Job summary

CannonDesign in Chicago seeks a market leader for the Health sector to guide growth, client engagement, and high-performance teams. You will develop and lead the Market Business Plan and act as an ambassador for Living-Centered Design.

You will divide time between pursuing new opportunities, leading client work, mentoring staff, and strengthening the firm's brand. A 12+ year track record in health market leadership and a relevant Bachelor\'s with licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Must have 12 years minimum experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success for the Health Market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health market growth and develop a market business plan.
• Provide client leadership on billable projects with top-level engagement.
• Mentor market team, recruit talent and advance Living-Centered Design.
• Collaborate with Office Practice Leader and others to ensure market profitability (target 10% annually).
• Identify future trends and opportunities to grow the market and differentiate the firm.
