Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions. You will source, screen and interview candidates, report to the HRD, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office, HRIS and ATS. Join a private psychiatric facility with 108 beds and a commitment to growth.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality full cycle recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions.
• Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently address open positions.
• Sources candidates, conducts phone and personal interviews, schedules interviews with hiring managers, conducts and reviews professional reference checks, and prepares salary offer recommendations.
• Represents the hospital with on-campus job fairs, interview days and information sessions and other related events.
• Keep abreast of current and local recruiting trends, new tools and practices to best meet hiring goals.
• Provides frequent and thorough communication to the HRD and hiring managers.
• Serves as liaison with all temporary/consulting agencies.
• Assists with Recruitment projects and metric reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults. We are licensed by the State of Michigan, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and we bring more than 45 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health problems. Position Summary

The Recruiter provides recruiting services for assigned positions; including sourcing, screening and interview, candidates. Performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload.

• Keep abreast of current and local recruiting trends, new tools and practices to best meet hiring goals.
