Humana is seeking an experienced Outpatient Behavioral Health Coding Auditor to join the Disputes Team. You will review CPT/HCPCS code assignments, ensure timely, accurate dispute outcomes, and collaborate with coding professionals across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have CPC or CCS certification and CPT/HCPCS auditing experience.
• Minimum 1+ year reading Behavioral Health claims.
• 3+ years performing Behavioral Health coding audits and disputes.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of outpatient Behavioral Health coding disputes.
• Communicate dispute outcomes to providers clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with coding professionals across departments on disputes.
• Prioritize multiple disputes to meet timeliness and quality metrics.
