Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Clinical Admissions Therapist to welcome new clients, build rapport, and conduct biopsychosocial assessments through a virtual, telehealth-based intake process.

You will determine appropriate level of care, document in EMR, and collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, and Clinical teams to facilitate smooth admissions. Must have independent licensure and strong communication skills for diverse ages.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in a mental health field is required.
• Associate-level clinicians who are eager to grow toward full licensure may be considered.
• Experience assessing and admitting clients across ages (children to adults) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at admission and build rapport.
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a range of ages.
• Determine appropriate level of care (IOP) and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
• Coordinate with referral sources and care teams to facilitate intake.
• Support flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends when needed.
