Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a dynamic Clinical Admissions Therapist to meet with clients at admission, build rapport, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and establish treatment needs.

We support a national telehealth model with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings; weekends encouraged. Requires independent licensure, strong communication, and ability to collaborate across care teams. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $67,500 with eligibility for incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults) preferred.
• Independent licensure in a mental health field required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at admission and establish rapport.
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments.
• Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual IOP level of care.
• Document client information in EMR according to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
• Collaborate with hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists and other providers.
