Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Macon, GA is seeking a Part-time Behavior Clinician Level 2. The role involves conducting assessments, coordinating home/office visits, and ensuring effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field with ABA coursework and be able to travel between clinical settings, with remote work options when not in session.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services, ABA, psychology or related field with ABA coursework.
• Experience with written Behavior Plans is required.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicates progress with supervisors, family, and collateral contacts.
• Provides monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinates home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensures behavior intervention plans are implemented effectively.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and required trainings.
• Completes monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff in behavior plan implementation.
• Provides follow-up interviews and home visits for continued support.
• Maintains clinical records for accessibility by interested parties.
• Acts as liaison with public and mental health community.
• Assists in creating procedures for training materials and documentation sheets.
• Completes continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
