BrightSpring Health Services’ SpringHealth division seeks a Behavior Clinician for Champaign and Danville, IL. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human-services-related field and 1,500 hours of ABA experience verified by BCBA or Licensed Psychologist.
• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
• Must have reliable transportation and physical ability for standing and movement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Facilitate communication among supervisors, staff, families, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding progress.
• Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors.
• Coordinate home, work, and community visits to meet observation and data analysis requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Complete monthly or quarterly progress notes.
• Organize staff training to certify competency in Intervention Plans and documentation.
• Provide follow-up visits and observations for continued support.
• Maintain clinical records for accessibility to interested parties.
• Act as liaison with public and mental health communities to support ongoing goals.
• Assist in creating procedures for training materials and improving programs.
• Pursue continued education on behaviorally based interventions to stay current.
