Job summary

Airborne ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver fully remote telehealth ABA services to children and families across Colorado, with emphasis on rural and underserved communities.

This full-time role requires an active BCBA, the ability to work MST hours, and experience with ASD. You’ll have strong administrative support, CEU opportunities, and a path for clinical leadership while expanding access to care statewide.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Must be able to work MST hours.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and telehealth clinical skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable delivering services remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using high-quality virtual tools and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and oversight to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners remotely.
• Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards.
