Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BCBA certification and 2+ years of applied behavior analytic work experience.
• Fluent with BCBA Ethics code and BACB requirements.
• Prior supervision experience in BCBA settings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple trainees and timeslots.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual supervision to BCBA trainees across monthly fieldwork hours.
• Conduct 1+ hour supervision observations per month and give timely feedback.
• Maintain fieldwork verification forms and communicate with Program Manager.
• Schedule and document supervisory meetings (4+ contacts per trainee per month).
