Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a BCBA supervisor to provide remote clinical supervision of ABA programs across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with state requirements and maintaining high treatment quality.

The role emphasizes shared caseloads, collaboration with clinical and operations teams, travel for monthly on-site visits, and telehealth coverage for North Carolina clients, with Raleigh area priority.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure in residence state as required.
• 1+ years BCBA experience preferred, telehealth experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with state‑specific supervision requirements.
• Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
• Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery, clinical outcomes, and quality standards.
• Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions; supplement with required in‑person supervision activities.
• Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, BIPs, and progress reports.
• Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in‑person supervision, team support, relationship building, and operational needs.
• Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed.
• For North Carolina‑based clients, ensure telehealth supervision compliance, including at least 50% of supervision services in person (typically 10–15 hours per patient per month).
• Prioritize candidates located in or near the Raleigh area for North Carolina telehealth coverage to support in‑person supervision while minimizing travel expenses.
