Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision and parent training preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills, dedicated to helping children with autism

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions
• Attend team meetings for collaboration and continuity of care
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies
