Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to support our diverse client population, with fully remote scheduling and no minimum caseload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required or pursued.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
