Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

The position offers a fully remote setup with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and support for licensure expansion through the LBA Expansion Program, plus a dedicated BCBA Success

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
