Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess, design and oversee individualized treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

This role requires strong communication, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a commitment to ethical clinical practice within a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
