Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, no non-compete agreements, an LBA Expansion Program with support for licensure and a BCBA Success Manager to ensure clinical and professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
