Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children across multiple states. The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, and supervision while offering flexible scheduling.

This position includes education and licensure support, no caseload minimums, and no non-compete agreements. Work with caregivers and a BCBA Success Manager to ensure clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
