Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a BCBA to deliver remote ABA services for children and families across multiple states. You will assess, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The position offers a fully remote schedule with flexible hours, no caseload limits, and LBA licensure support with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
