Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a licensed BCBA to provide remote ABA services to children across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers to achieve meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseloads, and access to an LBA Expansion Program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
