Job summary

Finni Health invites BCBAs to become practice owners, building independent ABA clinics with full operational support. You’ll launch, lead, and scale your own practice, set your hours, supervise clinicians, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy with clinical standards defined by you and Finni.

This role offers remote flexibility, credentialing and billing assistance, and a path to significant income as you grow.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory for this role.
• State licensure may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead your own ABA practice with full operational support from Finni.
• Help define clinical standards, policies, and workflows for your team.
• Deliver and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) in field and virtual settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and produce progress reports.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement behavior support strategies.
• Ensure treatment plans reflect evidence-based best practices.
