Job summary

A leading pediatric therapy provider in Franklin, TN, seeks a Clinical Supervisor with a Master's degree in ABA. The role involves overseeing case management, mentoring technicians, and engaging with families to ensure effective treatment programs. Responsibilities

• Creating programming for clients based on evaluations and needs.
• Maintain clinical supervision requirements per insurance guidelines.
• Lead and mentor technicians on treatment implementation.
• Assist in case management and staff training.
• Manage client services and supervision based on Gateway policies.
• Determine effective techniques for treatment plan goals.
• Conduct client assessments and design treatment programs.
• Oversee records, client notes, and data.
• Engage parents in training for treatment techniques.
• Prepare educational meetings and develop treatment recommendations.
• Maintain credentialing and licensing as per state and BACB requirements.
• Attend required trainings and maintain compliance.
• Ensure client privacy per HIPAA and Gateway policies.
• Work cooperatively with internal staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain professionalism in client and staff interactions.
• Report to the Director of Clinical Operations and others.

Education

Master's degree in ABA or equivalent
