WonderWay ABA Services in New York is seeking a BCBA to provide remote supervision and lead ABA therapy with integrity and discretion. The role supports families and clinicians while ensuring progress toward individualized treatment goals.
The ideal candidate holds a NY-licensed BCBA/LBA, has a master’s degree, and can travel to client locations as needed. A flexible, part-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate is offered.
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team We're seeking the ideal candidate who hold their BCBA certification and has at least 2 years experience practicing as a BCBA.
Remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy
Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
Training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction
Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
Complete any other tasks required for patient
BCBA certification - LBA in New York
Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
Masters Degree in related field
2 years experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
Excellent project management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
