The ideal candidate holds a NY-licensed BCBA/LBA, has a master’s degree, and can travel to client locations as needed. A flexible, part-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate is offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (LBA) valid in New York.
• Requires access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• 2 years experience with ASD preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks required for patient.
