Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to promote meaningful progress.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly valued to serve a diverse client base. This remote role offers flexible scheduling with no caseload caps and non-compete restrictions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
