Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve our diverse client population. The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, no caseload caps, and dedicated support from a BCBA Success

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
