Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team. You will lead the creation and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

The role requires a BCBA and a Master’s in ABA or a related field, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with families and multidisciplinary teams. Flexible schedules offered across the United States.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
