Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an At-Home BCBA in the San Antonio, TX area to lead clinical ABA programs remotely with occasional in-person duties. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families to track progress and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and current eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA therapy.
• Ability to work remotely with regular in-person visits as required.

• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
