Job summary

Therapy Smarts Inc. seeks a leader and an experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. Due to state billing requirements, remote position candidates must hold an active NC Medicaid NCTracks enrollment.

You will design ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents, supervise the Autism Service Team, oversee service delivery, and collaborate with colleagues across clinics, schools, daycares, and Headstarts.

Qualifications

• Active NCTracks provider enrollment required.
• NCBehavior Analyst Licensure Board license required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience with children and adolescents.
• BT or RBT supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience training and mentoring a team in intensive treatment preferred.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and design ABA and parent training programs for young children and adolescents.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team with performance plans and evaluations.
• Collaborate with other team members.
