Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking a BCBA for a remote leadership role focused on clinically impactful work with children on the autism spectrum. The position offers a flexible schedule, with hybrid and fully remote options and client-centered supervision.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with autism.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Organized, proactive and passionate about making a difference.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, helping them build meaningful, life-changing skills.
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and adjust programs based on progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs).
• Collaborate with families to ensure skills carry over into everyday life.
• Keep things compliant and high-quality with data-driven decision making.
