Job summary

Mind Rise ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our fully remote team serving Virginia families. The role offers competitive hourly pay and performance bonuses, with full-time or part-time options and remote scheduling, all while supporting high-quality ABA for children.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure ethical, effective care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or eligibility to obtain before starting.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and update goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.
