Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, mission-driven team. We offer a flexible, per diem structure with a remote option and opportunities for leadership as caseload expands.

Qualifications include active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field. No prior home-based experience is required, and you will collaborate closely with families and other professionals to support progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• No prior experience in home-based or community ABA services required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Maintain documentation meeting clinical and ethical standards
