Job summary

Attentive Autism Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote, telehealth work in Colorado. You will design, implement, and monitor ABA programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions across multiple clients.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and 2 years of ABA experience preferred. Clean background checks and driving record are required. Referral program benefits available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required and BCBA certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in ABA preferred.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Analyze and summarize assessment results; graph results as needed.
• Provide staff and caregiver training; create generalization goals.
• Assist with data collection system and respond to technicians’ questions.
