Job summary

50% remote option and travel reimbursement accompany a strong clinical leadership role in a collaborative team. Requirements include a Master's degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports; mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
