Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team as a full-time hourly remote analyst. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites.

Hours are scheduled based on client needs and your availability, with a minimum five weekdays and two time blocks. The role reports to the Regional Clinical Director and emphasizes data-driven treatment, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst if applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with the latest ABA research and best practices.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20-30%).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
