Job summary

Behavioral Health Works seeks a BCBA to lead ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and mentor staff. You will partner with the Clinical Director to ensure high quality, compassionate services for children and families in a flexible role with 50% remote work.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and 2+ years in ABA. Travel to client sites may be needed; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification (or eligible/licensed healthcare professional).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
