LTE Care Plus, Inc. is hiring a BCBA for a fully remote role serving clients across New York. You will oversee cases with direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, lead data-driven clinical decisions, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Active NY LBA license.
• Active Medicaid provider number (eMedNY).
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with behavioral assessment tools and data collection systems.
• Strong clinical documentation and regulatory/billing compliance.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication in a remote team.
• Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, or BCBAs preferred.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Design and oversee ABA programming across home, community, and school settings.
• Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to BTs/RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training on skill generalization and home strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and Medicaid billing standards.
• Participate in case consultations and organizational clinical initiatives.
