Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is expanding its clinical team and seeking a BCBA to lead data-driven care across New York. This fully remote role offers direct case oversight, a collaborative clinical team, and leadership support for professional growth.

You will conduct assessments, design ABA programs, supervise BTs/RBTs, and ensure HIPAA/compliance while collaborating with families and educators to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Active NY LBA license
• Active eMedNY Medicaid provider number
• Experience with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Proficiency with behavioral assessment tools and data collection systems
• Strong clinical documentation and regulatory/billing compliance
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a remote team
• Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, or BCBAs preferred
• Mandarin speaking

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs) and develop individualized, strengths-based behavior support plans.
• Design and oversee ABA programming across home, community, and school settings.
• Analyze client data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to BTs and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated support.
• Deliver parent training focused on skill generalization and home strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and Medicaid billing records.
• Participate in case consultations and organizational clinical initiatives.
