High Five Cares in Brooklyn seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in New York but able to reside in Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, or Nebraska. This part-time role focuses on designing and implementing individualized ABA interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

The successful candidate will assess, plan, and monitor treatment, collaborate with families and professionals, and maintain thorough medical documentation.

Formación

• Valid LBA in NYS required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Experience with autism or special education needs desirable.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and create treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor ABA-based strategies.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
• Provide staff and caregiver training on behavioral techniques.
