Job summary

High Five Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in NYS to reside in Georgia, joining our Operations team on a part-time basis.

The BCBA will assess and design ABA-based interventions for individuals with autism and developmental needs, implement strategies, collaborate with families and educators, and ensure accurate medical documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NYS as an LBA is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Experience with autism or special education needs is preferred.
• Strong medical documentation skills and records management.
• Data analysis skills to adjust treatment plans.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individual treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
• Collaborate with families, educators and professionals for consistent strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and document client progress and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and recommend interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
