BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across New York. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and extensive professional development through BK Academy and CEUs. Join a growing network with strong mentorship and statewide licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services meet ethical and clinical standards.
