Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children across New York. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Remote position with flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and no non-compete agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
