Avion ABA is seeking a dedicated remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide direct support to clients to improve behavioral health and overall well-being.

This role requires strong data collection skills, excellent communication with families and professionals, and the ability to supervise RBTs, train parents, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Supervise RBT technicians and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide parent training and guidance to families.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients' families and respond to questions promptly.
