Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and treatment plans.
• Reliable internet access for remote sessions and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in homes or community settings.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress.
