Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess, plan, and supervise services while coordinating with caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliant documentation in line with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
