Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Hobart, IN is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. We emphasize neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care, with pathways for clinical growth through mentorship and ongoing training.

Our team offers realistic caseloads, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, quarterly bonuses, and robust RBT training and collaboration with SLP-BCBAs for naturalistic teaching.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years ABA experience with various ages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand results and recommendations.
