E-Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support K-12 students in Pennsylvania. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide ABA-based instruction and coaching to teachers and families via teletherapy. This role emphasizes collaboration with school teams and data-driven decision making.

• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and techniques.
• Experience with ABA interventions for ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Provide direct ABA services, including DTT and naturalistic teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior plans.
• Train staff and families on behavior management and data collection.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Attend IEP and MDT meetings with BA insights.
