Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support PreK-12 schools in Pennsylvania. The role involves providing ABA services for students with ASD, designing and implementing BIPs, and training school staff and families.

The position is remote, offering a flexible caseload and opportunities to contribute to student growth across multiple locations. Qualifications include a BCBA certification and a Master's in ABA, with experience in school settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure eligibility where applicable.
• Experience as a BCBA in school/educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Provide direct ABA services including discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement plans consistently across settings.
• Train school staff and families on behavior management and data collection.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans based on data; participate in IEP/ multidisciplinary meetings.
