Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding access to high-quality ABA services with a flexible work model for BCBAs. This position supports remote work with possible in-person or hybrid options by state, including Virginia.

The BCBA will supervise staff, design treatment plans, and oversee data-driven behavior programs to help children and families achieve meaningful progress. We offer competitive compensation and strong clinical and administrative support to enable focus on delivering excellent care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia LBA license.
• Must reside in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports.
• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach.
