Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess and plan, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and licensure support through the LBA Expansion Program, with ongoing professional development and peer collaboration across the network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical standards.
